The Bank Zimmerberg AG (proper spelling BANK ROOM MOUNTAIN ) is in the Zurich district Horgen anchored or in the region Zimmerberg Swiss regional bank . In addition to its headquarters in Horgen , it has branches in Hirzel and Oberrieden . Bank Zimmerberg was founded as a cooperative in 1820 . This was converted into the holding company SeeGenossenschaft Horgen in 2001 . At the same time, two operational subsidiaries were founded. Bank Zimmerberg (formerly Sparkasse Horgen AG) took over the banking business, while the properties were spun off into SeeImmo AG . In 2007 the SeeGenossenschaft Horgen was converted into the joint stock company SeeBeteiligungs AG . This is the sole shareholder of Bank Zimmerberg AG and SeeImmo AG.
Bank Zimmerberg's field of activity has traditionally been in retail banking , mortgage lending , private banking and banking with small and medium-sized companies . It employs around 40 people and had total assets of 1.21 billion Swiss francs at the end of 2019.
Bank Zimmerberg is affiliated to the RBA Holding as an independent regional bank . Until the end of 2012, it belongs to the sub-grouping of Clientis banks within the RBA group.
