Barbara Buri

Barbara Buri (* 1939 in Täuffelen , Canton of Bern ) is a German literary translator , actress and costume designer .

Life

Barbara Buri now lives as a translator in Frankfurt am Main . She translates plays from Dutch into German . In 1998 she received the German Children's Theater Prize for her translation of the play "The Daughter of the Ganovenkönig" by Ad de Bont .
