Barbara Ann Murray (born September 27, 1929 in London , † May 20, 2014 in Spain ) was a British actress .

life and career

Barbara Ann Murray was born in London in 1929. Her parents were theater actors . As a child, Murray learned to dance before the Rank Organization signed and trained her as an actress in 1947. Since the late 1940s she was a busy actress in many British films such as Blockade in London (1949) and The Man in Black (1951) by Jeffrey Dell , or in the films of British director Ralph Thomas , including: Help , the doctor is coming! and in Dangerous Legacy from 1957.

Since the 1960s, engagements in television series increased , for example as Lady Pamela Wilder in the drama series The Plane Makers and the sequel, The Power Game .

Her other television appearances include Secret Order for John Drake , Simon Templar , Department S , Strange Report , The Pallisers , The MacKinnons , Doctor Who , Tales from the Crypt and The Bretts .

Barbara Murray's film career spanned over 70 international feature films, television films and television series. She was married to actor John Justin by 1964 . She had three daughters.
