Barbara Redl (born April 2, 1968 in Weiz near Graz ) is an Austrian actress .

biography

Barbara Redl grew up in Steyr , where she trained as a kindergarten teacher and gave birth to her daughter Madeleine. From 1993 to 1996 she studied acting at the Franz Schubert Conservatory in Vienna. From 1996 to 1998 she had her first engagement at the Franconian Theater Schloss Maßbach . She then played on over 20 stages in Germany and Austria (including Vienna, Hamburg) and at the Tournee Theater Greve . The role of Veronika Russo in "Hainburg - Love and Resistance" (first broadcast November 19, 2002 ORF) was Barbara Redl's first major film role.
