Barbara check
Barbara Scheck (* 1951 in Ulm ) is a German actress and cabaret artist .
After studying German and English and various activities (e.g. as a documentary or academic consultant ), she practiced acting professionally for the first time at the Überzwerg children's and youth theater in Saarbrücken. Further deployments in radio and television followed, including a. in supporting roles in several Tatort episodes of the Saarländischer Rundfunk. Since 2000 she has directed the Leidinger Theater in Saarbrücken together with Peter Tiefenbrunner . With Tiefenbrunner she forms the cabaret duo brunner & barscheck , with whom she has already developed four full-length programs.
Barbara Scheck has two daughters and lives in Saarbrücken .
