Klementová started in Horni Misecky for the first time in the Slavic Cup in December 2010 and finished 31st place over 5 km classic. At the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2011 in Liberec , she achieved 35th place over 7.5 km classic, 30th place over 5 km freestyle and 27th place in sprint. The following year she came in 17th place in the mixed relay at the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck , 14th place in the sprint and 12th place over 5 km classic. In the 2012/13 season she reached 49th place in sprinting, 47th place in skiathlon and 46th place over 5 km freestyle at the 2013 Junior World Championships in Liberec and 63rd place at the 2013 Nordic World Ski Championships in Val di Fiemme in the sprint. At the end of January 2014 she ran at the junior world championships in Fiemme Valley on the 58th place over 5 km classic, on the 54th place in the skiathlon and on the 30th place in the sprint. In the 2014/15 season she reached three second places in the Slavic Cup and in January 2015 she won her first victory in the Slavic Cup in the sprint in Štrbské Pleso . Her best placements at the Winter Universiade 2015 in Štrbské Pleso were 20th place in the sprint and ninth place with the relay. At the 2015 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun , she finished 47th in the sprint and 13th in the team sprint together with Alena Procházková . She finished the season in third place in the overall ranking of the Slavic Cup. After second place in the sprint and first place over 5 km classic in the Slavic Cup in Štrbské Pleso at the beginning of the 2015/16 season, she ran her first World Cup race in Planica in January 2016 , which she finished in 57th place in the sprint. At the U23 World Championships in 2016 in Râşnov , she achieved 49th place over 10 km freestyle, 48th place over 10 km classic and 41st place in sprint. At the end of the season she came third and second in Kremnica and finally won the overall ranking of the Slavic Cup. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she finished 53rd in the sprint and 18th place together with Alena Procházková in the team sprint.
In the 2018/19 season, Klementová achieved six top ten placements in the Slavic Cup, including third place over 5 km classic and place in the sprint in Štrbské Pleso and ninth place in the overall standings at the end of the season. At the season highlight of the Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 in Seefeld in Tirol , she ran to 63rd place in the sprint and 14th place together with Alena Procházková in the team sprint. Her best placement at the Winter Universiade in March 2019 in Krasnoyarsk was eighth in the sprint and team sprint. In the following season she reached two thirds and one first place, second place in the overall ranking of the Slavic Cup.
