An experiment goes wrong in a remote test laboratory, and a fatal pathogen is released. Soon, a spreading virus - epidemic of the earth that kills people either directly or transformed into mindless, zombie-like creatures. After the plague wiped out most of civilization, only a few isolated survivors remain. Among them is the soldier Max Gatling, a member of a privatized military unit, who now has to team up with a group of survivors and, with the help of robots from the test laboratory, must fight the armies of infected people for his own survival and that of the entire " human race ”. But resources are scarce and the chances of victory disappear.

The film had its premiere on July 12, 2013, when it was released in limited German cinemas. The release on DVD , 3D Blu-ray and Blu-ray took place in Germany on August 1, 2013 by the rights holder SUNFILM and is planned for February 18, 2014 in the United States.
