Bayan (Harbin)

Bayan ( 巴彥縣 / 巴彦县 , Bāyàn Xiàn ) is a district in the sub-provincial city of Harbin in the northeastern Chinese province of Heilongjiang . Bayan has an area of 3,138 km² and has a population of around 700,000 (end of 2009). Its main town is the large municipality of Bayan .

Administrative structure

At the community level, the district consists of ten large communities and eight communities . These are:

Community Dexiang (德祥乡);

Community Fengle (丰乐乡);

Fujiang Township (富江乡);

Community Hongguang (红光乡);

Huashan Township (华山乡);

Community Shanhou (山后乡);

Songhuajiang Township (松花江乡);
