The Becker Point is a headland at the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . At the foot of the Miers Valley in the Denton Hills, it protrudes into the ice masses of the Koettlitz Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the headland in 1994 after Robert A. Becker, Vice President and Project Manager of ITT Antarctic Services Inc. , a contractor of the National Science Foundation for Antarctica , from 1982 to 1990 .
