Hanns Egon's friend
Hanns Egon Freund (born September 13, 1931 in Richterich ; † June 21, 2016 ) was a German lawyer. He studied law and in 1962 at the Law Faculty of the University of Cologne with a dissertation The right of exclusion of shareholders for important reasons in the laws relating to limited liability companies in the European states Dr. jur. PhD. Freund was chairman of the ces and from 1977 to 1994 managing director of the regional association of Bavarian industry eV 1971 he was a founding member of the Lions Club Munich - Arabellapark .
