Before There Was Rosalyn is a post-hardcore band from Houston , Texas , formed in 2007 . It consists of Carlos Salazar ( vocals ), Jeremy Wurtz ( guitar , vocals), Trend Gibson (guitar), Gregory Sanzo ( bass ) and Mark Bolling ( drums ).

Her debut album As Far as the Moon from the Sun , which was released in September 2008 under Holdfast Records , sold in Canada , France , Great Britain and the USA , among others . Her second album The Führer - an Allegory of a History of Deception was produced by Victory Records , but is only available for purchase in the UK. The title of the album refers to the film title Hitler - Rise of Evil from 2003.
