Belsenberg is the northernmost district of the Baden-Württemberg district town of Künzelsau in the Hohenlohe district .

location

Belsenberg is located just under three kilometers north of the city center of Künzelsau at an altitude of 256  m above sea level. NN in a valley spider . This flows from the southeast to the Deubach , which turns through it about 2 km before its confluence with the Kocher near the Nagelsberg district on the south-south-west course and here first its right upper course, Österbach , of about the same length , and immediately afterwards the short Füllbach from the north .

In the Belsenberg district, on the plateau above the two deeply cut creek valleys, about one and a half kilometers east of the center of the village, the Siegelhof is located on the spur between the two large upper courses, a little over a kilometer northwest to the right of the Füllbach cut is the Rodachshof, behind it at a distance of less than two Kilometers a single house on the edge of the Ingelfinger Jägerhaus.

The valley village is located on the important B 19 traffic axis between the Kocher and Jagst valleys, which approaches from Künzelsau and Nagelsberg through the lower valley and leaves it after a steep climb over the Füllbachtal valley. At the foot of the climb, the L 1022 goes through the Österbachtal to Hermuthausen .
