Benjamin "Ben" Barker (born April 23, 1991 in Cambridge ) is a British automobile racing driver .

Career in motorsport

Ben Barker started professional karting at the age of 15 and contested his first Formula Ford race at the age of 18 in 2009 . Barker celebrated his greatest successes so far in Australia , where he turned as a young driver in 2009. In 2010 he won the overall classification of the Australian Formula 3 Championship and in 2014 celebrated a class victory at the Bathurst 12 Hours . That year he was overall runner-up in the British Porsche Carrera Cup .

In 2016 he made his debut at the Le Mans 24 Hours . Together with Mike Wainwright and Adam Carroll , he was 33rd overall in a Porsche 911 RSR .
