Ben Jones (* 2 July 1989 in Centerville , Alabama ) is an American American Footballer in the National Football League (NFL). He plays for the Tennessee Titans as a center .

Jones attended the University of Georgia and played for their team, the Bulldogs, successful college football , where he played a total of 49 games.

NFL

Houston Texans

In the 2012 NFL Draft , he was selected in the fourth round as the 99th overall by the Houston Texans . He was actually signed as a center, but turned into a right guard in his rookie season . In this position he was even used as a starter in ten games . He also acted as a guard in the following two seasons, and in 2015 he was used as a center.

Tennessee Titans

On March 9, 2016, he signed a four-year contract with the Tennessee Titans .
