Benito Gennaro Franceschetti

Benito Gennaro Franceschetti (born June 14, 1935 in Provaglio d'Iseo , Province of Brescia , Italy , † February 4, 2005 ) was Archbishop of Fermo .

Life

Benito Gennaro Franceschetti was ordained a priest on April 17, 1960 . Pope John Paul II conferred on him the title of Honorary Prelate of His Holiness on February 5, 1980 and appointed him Archbishop of Fermo on June 18, 1997. The Archbishop of Brescia , Bruno Foresti , gave him episcopal ordination on August 31 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Cleto Bellucci , Archbishop Emeritus of Fermo, and Vigilio Mario Olmi , Auxiliary Bishop in Brescia.

He died on February 4, 2005 at the age of 69.
