Cleto Bellucci

Cleto Bellucci (born April 23, 1921 in Ancona , † March 7, 2013 in Torre di Palme ) was an Italian clergyman and archbishop of Fermo .

Life

Cleto Bellucci was ordained a priest on January 27, 1946 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on March 15, 1969 titular bishop of Melzi and auxiliary bishop in Taranto . The Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops , Carlo Cardinal Confalonieri , ordained him episcopal on May 14 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Loris Francesco Capovilla , Bishop of Chieti , and Guglielmo Motolese , Archbishop of Taranto .

To support Norberto Perinis he was on 9 July 1973 Koadjutorerzbischof of Fermo appointed and on 21 June 1976, he followed this as Archbishop of Fermo to. On June 18, 1997, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.

Bellucci was long-time President of the Ecclesiastical Heritage Commission of the Marche Regional Bishops' Conference.

Cleto Bellucci was Grand Officer of the Order of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem and for many years prior of the order province of Marche .
