Benjamin Bara

Benjamin Bara (born May 12, 1989 in Essen , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German actor .

Life

Benjamin Bara was born the son of a hairdresser and an insurance salesman. He grew up with three siblings in the Freisenbruch district of Essen . After primary school, he attended the Franz-Dinnendahl-Realschule , which Bara finally left in 2005 with the secondary school leaving certificate. At school he was involved in various theater groups and received private music lessons.

In September 2005 he began an apprenticeship with the Essen city administration, which he successfully completed in August 2008. During his apprenticeship he took singing lessons at the Folkwang Music School in Essen. As part of his work as a traffic supervisor, he represented the Essen Ordnungsamt in the documentary television series Law and Order .

He gained further experience in front of the camera, initially as an extra , extra and small actor . a. at Ladykracher with Anke Engelke . After going through various castings at production companies such as Constantin Entertainment , Filmpool and Norddeich TV , numerous appearances in amateur formats followed. From June 2010, Bara took private acting lessons from graduates of the Zurich University of the Arts and the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . He has since worked in numerous television productions. In 2011 he can be seen in the music video for Let Me Sing by Christian Durstewitz . Together with our star for Baku participant, Leonie Burgmer, Bara was part of the youth ensemble of the Schauspielhaus Essen in the 2010/2011 season .

Bara was the face of the campaign "Stars of America 2011" of the billion dollar McDonald’s .
