Benjamin Cabuk

Benjamin Cabuk (* 1961 in Istanbul ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

From 1982 to 1987 Cabuk studied theater studies at the University of Vienna. He passed the stage entrance examination in 1993.

His first stage engagement was in 1981 at the Wiener Schauspielhaus under the direction of Hans Gratzer in “Othello”. From 1982 to 1987 he worked in various areas at the Volkstheater in Vienna, including as assistant director and actor in supporting roles (Austrian premieres such as Ghetto and Sarcophagus). He has been working at the Burgtheater as an assistant and actor since 1988 , for example in the plays The Merchant of Venice directed by Peter Zadek (Ass.), A Lidl un a Majsse directed by Airan Berg (Ass.), Wilhelm Tell directed by Claus Peymann (Ass.), Enrico and his animals , Ivanov , "Kirschgarten" directed by Peter Zadek (Ass.) and Babylon Blues directed by George Tabori .
