Benjamin Hinz

Benjamin Hinz (born June 9, 1989 in Ribnitz-Damgarten ) is a German handball player .

Career in handball

Club sport

He started with handball at Motor Barth. From the 2007/2008 season, the 1.86 meter tall handball player played on the left wing at Stralsund's HV . In 2009 he moved to HC Oranienburger , and later to HC Neuruppin . In the 2010/2011 season he played for Oranienburger HC. At the beginning of the 2013/2014 season he moved back to Stralsund HV, playing in the 4th league ( Handball-Oberliga Ostsee-Spree ), with whom he made it to the 3rd league. At the beginning of the 2015/2016 season he played at Ribnitzer HV, mainly on the backcourt position , but went back to Stralsund HV in January 2016.

International

Benjamin Hinz won the European Championship with the German national police team in 2012 and in June 2016 in Silkeborg .

Private

Benjamin Hinz works for the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania police . He trained as a police master in Oranienburg .
