Bentiaraq Ottosen

Bentiaraq Sem Arne Joelsen Ottosen (born April 5, 1994 ) is a Greenlandic politician ( Atassut ).

From 2012 to 2015 he attended the GUX in Qaqortoq and in 2016 the VUC Aarhus . In 2017 he was elected to the Kujalleq Commune Council for the first time . In the parliamentary elections in Greenland in 2018 , he achieved the first place for his party with 276 votes and slipped into Inatsisartut because Aqqalu Jerimiassen moved into Naalakkersuisut . When Atassut left the government in April 2019, Aqqalu Jerimiassen took his seat in parliament and ousted Bentiaraq Ottosen from parliament. He ran in the 2019 Folketing election and received 810 votes, the seventh most of all candidates, meaning that he missed a place in the Folketing .
