Bernadette Robert (* 1946 ) is a French actress .

Life

Bernadette Robert began her career in the theater. After a television film, she made her cinema debut in 1967 in Michel Boisrond's agent film The Golden Key .

The series Les oiseaux rares, shot in 1967 and broadcast in 1969, brought her popularity : In 60 episodes, she and her four sisters (including Claude Jade and Dominique Labourier ) strained the nerves of middle-class society with anarchist jokes. After supporting roles in films by Louis Malle ( Fibrillation ) and Yves Robert (as Jean Rochefort's young wife Rose in Salut, l'artiste ), she took on the role of Catherine in the television film 8 femmes in 1972 (her role was in the 1998 theatrical version Eight Women by Ludivine Sagnier played).

In the 1970s she played a. a. alongside Peter Ustinov in the comedy Nous maigrirons ensemble , she took on a leading role in Les onze mille verges and a supporting role as Lucette at the side of Jean-Paul Belmondo in The Despicable One . Bernadette Robert continued to work for the theater in addition to television and cinema.

While she appeared in smaller roles in television films in the 80s and 90s, Jean-Pierre Mocky brought her a cinema comeback in Le furet in 2003 .
