Take care, Nicolas (Original title: Salut, l'artiste ) is a French film directed by Yves Robert from 1973 with Marcello Mastroianni in the leading role. In the GDR he ran under the original title.

action

Nicolas is a 45 year old actor who spends his time working in cinema, theater, radio, television, cabaret and advertising. He is constantly walking around between two make-ups, torn between two women. Nothing can discourage him, nothing can throw him off course. However, loneliness gently presses him. He tries to win the two women back, but a completely unexpected event endangers the project.

criticism

“A minor actor in Paris can no longer find his way in the constant back and forth of his life between different roles and two women. Cheerful, light entertainment with a touch of parody. "
