Bernd Graewe (born November 14, 1948 ) is a former German soccer player .
career
In the 1968/69 round, Bernd Graewe was part of the SG Wattenscheid 09 promotion team, who prevailed against SSVg Velbert, DJK Gütersloh and Borussia Brand in the promotion round and thus achieved promotion to the Regionalliga West for the 1969/70 season. Coach Hubert Schieth led the team from Lohrheidestadion to this success.
Graewe played from 1969 for SG Wattenscheid 09 as a midfielder in the Regionalliga West . After fifth place in the 1972/73 round, he was able to win the West German championship with SG in 1974 as champion of the Regionalliga West and thus qualified for the promotion round to the first Bundesliga , where he was third behind promoted Eintracht Braunschweig and 1. FC Nuremberg failed. On the first day of the Bundesliga promotion round, May 12, 1974, Wattenscheid started successfully with a 3-2 away win at Eintracht Braunschweig. Bernd Graewe distinguished himself as the scorer of the winning goal in the 77th minute. Graewe played all eight games in the promotion round. In the regional league he played 130 games with seven goals for SG 09 from 1969 to 1974. After the introduction of the nationwide second division in 1974, he was a defender until 1977 in 70 games in the 2. Bundesliga North . Gräwe scored his only goal in the 2nd Bundesliga on December 21, 1975 in a 2-0 win over FC St. Pauli .
