Bernhard Grünler
Bernhard Heinrich Wilhelm Philipp Grünler (born July 25, 1831 in Dresden ; † April 21, 1891 in Striesen , today Dresden) was a Saxon administrative officer and parliamentarian.
Life
Grünler studied law at the University of Leipzig from 1850 to 1854 , interrupted by two semesters at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg from October 1852 to August 1853. In 1851 he became a member of the Corps Misnia Leipzig . In 1854 he passed the state examination in law and then practically worked for a lawyer in Wurzen . In December 1856 he obtained the lawyer's practice from the Saxon Ministry of Justice through approval of his test letters.
He entered the Saxon civil service and became a government assessor in the Zwickau district directorate . From 1863 to 1871, he was Amtshauptmann the Office chub . In 1871 he became civil commissioner at the high command of the Southern Army (Franco-German War) . In 1874 he was a member of the government at the Zwickau district directorate or district head office and moved to Glauchau as a board member of the royal administrative commission for the Schönburg recession . In 1878 he returned to Zwickau as a member of the government, where he was forced to resign from civil service in 1879. In the following years he worked as a journalist. He was editor of the monthly Das Pferd and until the spring of 1888 2nd editor of the Dresdner Tagblatt .
From 1875 to 1879 Grünler was a member of the 38th rural constituency in the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament . In 1875 he was a founding member of the Conservative State Association , whose faction he belonged to. On August 3, 1879, he resigned his mandate under duress in order to avoid a public dismissal procedure by the Second Chamber.
