Bernhard Kurpiers

Bernhard Kurpiers (born December 16, 1942 in Opole ; † February 7, 2019 in Sindelfingen ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

biography

Kurpiers attended elementary school and vocational school, where he completed his apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer. From 1976 he worked as a pneumatics .

Kurpiers became district chairman of the Christian Democratic Workers' Union in Bremen-Stadt in October 1996 . Two months later he became a member of the federal board of the CDA- IG BCE -Arbeitsgemeinschaft, two years later a member of the state board of the CDA- DGB -AG. From 1995 to 1999 he was a member of the local council in Vahr . From 1999 to 2003 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship .
