Bernhard Ohlert

August Bernhard Adalbert Ohlert (born August 15, 1821 in Thiendorf near Elbing , † January 9, 1891 in Danzig ) was a German teacher of mathematics and natural sciences.

Life

After graduating from high school in Elbing, he studied mathematics and natural sciences from 1840 to 1846 at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In the Corpsland Team Normannia , he distinguished himself as a senior . After taking the exam pro facultate docendi , he completed the probationary year at the Kneiphöfisches Gymnasium . From Michaelis 1848 he taught at the secondary school in Elbing. At Easter 1864 he was elected rector of the community school in Gumbinnen . At Easter 1871 he was appointed director of the St. Petri and Pauli secondary school in Danzig . In 1890 he was retired.
