The Vocational College for Technology and Computer Science Neuss is a vocational school in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss with almost 1,800 students. The vocational college for technology and computer science (abbreviation: BTI) offers training in commercial-technical professions and in information technology . In addition, pupils at the BTI can acquire all general school leaving certificates from lower secondary level to high school diploma. Vocational school
At the vocational school, pupils can acquire the secondary school certificate after grade 10 in one of the following professional fields in one year:

At the three-year vocational school for information technology assistants, students can complete full-time school-based vocational training in information technology . You acquire a double qualification:

- the professional qualification of information technology assistant , a state-certified qualification according to state law, the content of which corresponds to the dual training occupation of IT specialist system integration.
Vocational high school
The technical high school offers the Abitur in engineering. After three years, students can acquire the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, i. If you learn a second foreign language from the beginning of the upper level (French at the BTI), you can obtain the general higher education entrance qualification, i.e. H. the full high school diploma.
Technical college

Vocational school for young people without an apprenticeship
The BTI offers young people who do not have a training position the opportunity to gain professional experience as part of a career orientation year or workshop year. If the young people do not yet have a school leaving certificate, they can catch up on the secondary school leaving certificate at the same time .
Technical college for technology
At the Fachschule für Technik, professionals who have a degree in a recognized training occupation and at least one year of professional experience can complete further training to become a state-certified technician in one of the professional fields of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. To do this, they attend evening school two to three evenings a week for four years.
