Betsucomi ( Japanese ベ ツ コ ミ ) is a Japanese manga magazine that is aimed at a young female audience and therefore belongs to the Shōjo category. The core target group is made up of younger teenagers, i.e. middle school and high school students, and the stories are mostly about everyday school life. The magazine has been published monthly by Shogakukan since 1970 , formerly under the name Bessatsu Shōjo Comic ( 別 冊 少女 コ ミ ッ ク , ~ Komikku ), d. H. originally as a special edition ( bessatsu ) of the Shōjo comic (Sho-Comi). In 2016, 41,000 copies were sold every month. In 2009 there were 92,000.
