The Bettenbach or Hohlbach is a small, western and left tributary of the Aar (Lahn) in the area of the Aarbergen - Hausen district via Aar ( Hesse ).
Surname
The name Bettenbach comes from the early 20th century and refers to a woman named Elisabeth who lived on the lower reaches. Its old name is Hohlbach, in the upper reaches the valley is called Klingelgraben.
