Bettina Heim (born July 2, 1989 in Herisau ) is a former Swiss figure skater . She was the Swiss champion in 2011. Her home club was the Winterthur ice skating club , where she was trained by Nicole Brüngger-Skoda . Your choreographer was the multiple former Swiss master Patrick Meier . She herself was a trainer at the Dübendorfer Eislaufclub from 2010 to 2013.

Your Matura closed the figure skater than 17-year-old with a grade of 5.7 as valedictorian from. After winning the Swiss championship, she ended her active career and enrolled as a physics student at ETH Zurich . Bettina Heim is funded by the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Program at ETH Zurich. Her semester thesis on quantum computers, written in 2015, was published in the journal Science .
