properties
The early maturing and high yielding variety that has good resistance to genuine , downy mildew and botrytis . It sprouts a little later and therefore has a good ability to regenerate after late frosts. The winter frost resistance is also high. A disadvantage is their sensitivity to drought, the vigorous growth and unfavorable flowering weather often cause the flower to trickle.
Expectations

Yield
The yield is very high.
Wine
Bianca, as a neutral grape variety, produces such a wine ; the bouquet is similar to that of Chasselas , full and harmonious in the body only when ripe. With reductive expansion, the wines become similar to Sauvignon. In some cases, however, Bianca shows a somewhat exotic note in the aroma . With medium maturity, the wines are usually thin and not very aromatic. The wine is slightly oxidative, therefore prefer reductive aging.
