The Bibra Valley is an ice-free valley in the Australian Antarctic Territory . In the Britannia Range , it is 10 km northeast of Haven Mountain and is bounded to the east by the Danum Platform .
The team of New Zealand geologists from the University of Waikato , who carried out surveys in this area between 1978 and 1979, named the valley after the camp of the same name from Roman times near the town of Beckfoot in Cumbria .
