Bilka ( Ukrainian Білка ; Russian Белка Belka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Odessa with about 900 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in the early 19th century, is the administrative center of the eponymous, 96.377 km² district council in the west of Ivanivka district , to which the villages Blonske ( Блонське , ⊙ ) with about 160 inhabitants, Schowte ( Жовте , ⊙ ) with about 60 population, Maslowe ( Маслове , ⊙ ) with about 40 population, Tschernjachiwske ( Черняхівське , ⊙ ) with about 200 inhabitants and Schemetowe ( Шеметове , ⊙ ) belong to about 140 residents.
The village is located along the 89 km long Maly Kujalnyk ( Малий Куяльник ), shortly before its confluence with the Chadschybejskyj-Liman , 14 km south-west of Rajonzentrum Iwaniwka and 60 km north of the Oblastzentrum Odessa .
