The Bill Hill is a 41 m high hill on the West Antarctic island of Seymour . It rises southwest of the Cross Valley near Bertodano Bay .
Scientists discovered here from 1993 to 1994, numerous fossils of invertebrates . Polish scientists named it in 1999 after the US geoscientist William John Zinsmeister (* 1946) of Purdue University , who had researched the paleontology of molluscs on Seymour Island as part of the United States Antarctic Program .
