The Billesbach is a flowing body of water in the municipalities of Neuhemsbach and Enkenbach-Alsenborn in the district of Kaiserslautern in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The stream has its source east of the Billesweiher and the state road L 394. From there it initially flows in a westerly direction, flows through the Billesweiher and crosses under the L 394. From now on, it flows largely in a north-easterly direction, through Randeckerhof , and flows into the Neuhemsbach in the center of town Hemsbach , a right tributary of the Alsenz .
