Billund Municipality was until December 2006 a Danish municipality in what was then the Ribe Office in Jutland . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Billund municipality together with the municipality of Grindsted and part of the previous municipality of Give .

Billund Municipality was newly formed as part of the administrative reform of 1970 and comprised the following Sogn :

• Grene Sogn
• Vorbasse Sogn
