The Binnbach rises south of Höhn -Oellingen. It initially flows southwest through a meadow landscape. After about 600 meters it reaches a forest, there changes its direction to the south and flows in this direction for about 500 meters through the forest. Here it is reinforced by a small inflow. The Binnbach now turns back to the southwest and finally flows into the Schafbach after about half a kilometer .
