Birte Kretschmer
Birte Kretschmer (* 1970 in Hamburg ) is a German actress and radio play speaker .
Life
Birte Kretschmer began studying psychology at the University of Trier after graduating from high school , but soon returned to Hamburg and completed an acting training at the stage studio for the performing arts in Hamburg, during which she was already awarded a tour contract. She then played in independent productions and as a guest at the Hamburg Ohnsorg Theater , of which she has been a member since 1997. Here you could see her, for example, in Unkel Wanja after Anton Chekhov , directed by Michael Bogdanov or in De Nervbüdel , the Low German stage adaptation of the film Die Filzlaus . In 2015 Kretschmer played in Goot gegen Nordwind , the Low German stage version of the novel Gut gegen Nordwind by Daniel Glattauer .
Birte Kretschmer could be seen on television in some television recordings from the Ohnsorg Theater. In 2003 she starred in the crime scene episode Sun and Storm . On the other hand, her roles as radio play speaker and speaker of audio books are extensive. Since 1997 Kretschmer has been involved in Low German productions of the NDR , among many others she can be heard since 2011 in the multi-part series Düsse Petersens , in which she speaks the role of Ulrike Petersen .
Birte Kretschmer is the mother of two children.
