The Blackman River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Tasmania .

geography

River course

The river has its source on the northern slopes of the Wild Pig Tier , a mountain about 3 km south of Lake Crescent . From there it flows northeast, crosses under the Midland Highway in Tunbridge and flows into the Macquarie River at Mona Vale .
