Blahodatne ( Ukrainian Благодатне ; Russian Благодатное Blagodatnoje ) is a village in the steppe region of the east of the Ukrainian Oblast Kherson with about 680 inhabitants.
The village with an area of 81,535 square kilometers belongs since November 2017 administratively to the territorial community Iwaniwka ( Іванівська селищна об'єднана територіальна громада Iwaniwska selyschtschna objednana terytorialna hromada ) within the Ivanivka Raion .
Blahodatne is located at an altitude of 36 m , 19 km southwest of the community and district center Ivanivka and about 160 km east of the Oblast center Kherson .
In the village, which was founded in 1890 (another source gives the year 1874), there were 190 households with a total of 989 inhabitants in 1925. The village, which was occupied by Wehrmacht troops at the beginning of the German-Soviet War, was liberated on October 29, 1943 by troops of the 51st Army of the 4th Ukrainian Front . At the 2001 census, the village had 907 inhabitants (2001).
