Blahowishchenka (Ukrainian Благовіщенка ; Russian Благовещенка / Blagoweschenka ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 1000 inhabitants.
The village, founded in 1929, is located on the left bank of the Povna (Повна, Russian Polnaja ) and borders because of its location in a strip of land within Russian territory in the north, east and west of the Russian Oblast Rostov ( Rajon Millerowo ). The district capital Stanyzja Luhanska is 49 kilometers southwest, the oblast capital Luhansk is 63 kilometers southwest.
The village is administratively with the settlement Talowe the District Municipality Talowe within the Rajons Stanytschno-Luhanske .
The place has a rail connection to the Russian Railways and can only be reached by land via Russian territory (regional road R22).
