The Blaiklock Glacier is a glacier in the East Antarctic Coatsland . It flows in the Shackleton Range from Turnpike Bluff first north, then northwest to Mount Provender and Mount Lowe .
It was first mapped in 1957 by participants in the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) led by British polar explorer Vivian Fuchs . It is named after Kenneth Viktor Blaiklock (* 1927), head of the advance team of the expedition and geodesist of the team, who crossed the Antarctic continent for the first time by land during the research trip .
