description

The free-standing building is constructed symmetrically. The east-facing front of the two-story villa is three axes wide. The masonry consists of quarry stone roughly cut into cuboids and is painted along the facades, but not plastered. Just like the building openings and the simple cornice , the rusticated corner stones are color-contrasted. The central entrance area is accessible via a front staircase. It is designed with cornices and Ionic columns. Narrow windows flank the door, which closes with a segmental arched window . Twelve-part lattice windows are installed along the facade .

A central, semi-octagonal tower with a castle-like parapet that extends above the eaves dominates the rear of the building. The building closes with a slate-covered platform roof . The interior is decorated with pilasters and a staircase with a cast iron balustrade . The cornices of the octagonal salon show naturalistic motifs.
