Bluffton is a city in Wells County in the US state of Indiana , United States . It is about half in Harrison and half in Lancaster Township.
The Mennonite community is a pioneer in inclusion as a member of the National League of Cities' Partnership for Working Toward Inclusive Communities .
She is the namesake for the city of the same name Bluffton in Ohio .
