Robert Alfred Morley , known as Bob Morley (born December 20, 1984 ) is an Australian actor .

Childhood and youth

Morley is the son of a Filipino mother and an Australian-Irish father; the father died when he was young. Morley has two older sisters and one older brother. Morley grew up on a farm in Kyneton, Victoria. Morley took acting classes up to 11th grade, but was then asked to give up acting due to poor school performance. After graduating from high school, Morley moved to Melbourne and began studying engineering. A year later he decided to return to acting.

life and career

Morley began his career in various college plays and short films. In 2005 he appeared in Damian Scott's low-budget horror film Dead Harvest . In the same year, the casting officers of the Australian soap Home and Away became aware of Morley, who joined the cast in 2006 as "Drew Curtis". For this role, Morley was nominated for an Australian film award, the Logie Award , in the category Most Popular New Male Talent. In 2008 Morley retired from the Home and Away series and was hired for the Australian crime series The Strip . However, this only brought it to a season with 13 episodes. Morley made several guest appearances on series until he accepted a role in the Australian horror thriller Road Train in 2011 . In June 2011, he took on a role on the television series Neighbors as Aidan Foster, a gay male nurse. He also had a role in the film Blinder . On February 21, 2013, it was announced that Morley would accept a role on the CW series The 100 , which marked his international breakthrough.

On June 7, 2019, Eliza Taylor announced on Twitter that she was married to Bob Morley.
