Bohumil Jank (born July 6, 1992 in Milevsko , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech ice hockey player who has been under contract with his home club HC České Budějovice in the Czech Extraliga since June 2012 .

Bohumil Jank began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of HC České Budějovice , for whose professional team he played a total of 20 games in the Czech extra league from 2009 to 2011 . During this period he played parallel as a loan player for HC Tábor and IHC Písek in the 1st league , the second Czech ice hockey division. In January 2011, the defender moved to the Tigres de Victoriaville , where he ended the 2010/11 season in the Canadian junior league Ligue de hockey junior majeur du Québec . In a total of 29 games, he prepared 14 goals.

For the 2011/12 season Jank was signed by HC Lev Poprad from the Continental Hockey League . A year later he returned to his hometown club.

International

For the Czech Republic , Jank took part in the 2010 U18 World Junior Championship and the 2011 U20 World Junior Championship .
