Boo Morcom

Boo Morcom (actually Albert Richmond Morcom; born May 1, 1921 in Braintree , Massachusetts , † October 3, 2012 in Tilton , New Hampshire ) was an American pole vaulter .

At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 he was sixth with 3.95 m.

He was US champion three times (1945, 1947, 1948) and twice US indoor champion (1942, 1949). In 1947 he won the NCAA title.
