Bozkosch ( Persian بزکش, DMG bozkoš ) is a place in the province of Badachschan in Afghanistan .
location
Bozkosch is located in the 2614 m high mountain plateau near the mountain Koh e Buzkush. This plateau is rich in green meadows and pastures, goats and Marco Polo sheep are the livelihoods of the residents. It is 40 km as the crow flies to the border with Tajikistan in the north-west and about 50 km to Faizabad in the south.
