Richard L. Alexander , also Dick Alexander (born before 1975) is an American sound engineer who has won two Oscar for best sound, an award from the Cinema Audio Society and an Emmy .

Life

1970s and 1980s

Alexander, who worked under the nicknames Dick and Rick Alexander and Richard Alexander, began his career as a sound engineer in the Hollywood film industry in 1975 in the television film Geliebte Geisel (Sweet Hostage) by Lee Philips with Linda Blair , Martin Sheen and Jeanne Cooper and has worked so far (As of December 31, 2012) in the production of 185 films and television series .
