Bradley Bagu (born February 18, 1973 in Fernie , British Columbia ) is a former German - Canadian ice hockey player .
Career
Brad Bagu began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian top junior division Western Hockey League , in which he was active from 1989 to 1992 for the Victoria Cougars and Regina Pats . Then the defender paused several years with the ice hockey, before he ran up in the 1996/97 season for the team of Mount Royal College .
The right-shooter made his professional hockey debut the following season for the Brantford Smoke from the United Hockey League , for which he only played one game. In the 1998/99 season Bagu stood for the El Paso Buzzards in the Western Professional Hockey League on the ice, whereupon he was obliged by the Hanover Indians from the Oberliga . With the Indians he rose in the 2000/01 season in the regional league . With the Lower Saxony, however, the Canadian managed to immediately return to the league, in which he ran up with Hanover until 2005. He then spent three years with their league rivals EV Ravensburg , with whom he rose to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2007 .
In the 2007/08 season, the right-handed shooter scored 23 points for Ravensburg in 55 games. Despite his regular place in the 2nd division, he returned to his ex-club from Hanover for the following season, with whom he rose to the 2nd division in 2009. Following the 2009/10 season, he ended his career.
